What is The Myers-Briggs Company's Alliance Program?
The Myers-Briggs Company’s Alliance Program recognises and rewards independent consulting companies that use The Myers-Briggs Company's market-leading psychometric instruments at the heart of their client service offerings. Alliance Program partners receive a range of benefits and support to help them highlight the power and legitimacy of The Myers-Briggs Company's instruments to their prospective customers. There are three Alliance Program tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold, each having access to a specific set of benefits. Who can join the Alliance Program?
The Myers-Briggs Company's Alliance Program is open to people development consultancies and independent practitioners whose people development services extend market reach for The Myers-Briggs Company and its products.
What does it cost to join the Alliance Program?
There is no fee to join The Myers-Briggs Company's Alliance Program.
What are the Alliance Program partner tiers?

- BRONZE

Available to independent consultants who have made purchases of between $1,000 and $3,999 in the previous or current calendar year, the Alliance Program Bronze tier is designed to support the unique needs of independent consultants who use The Myers-Briggs Company's products. Benefits to Bronze partners include use of the Alliance Program Bronze partner endorsement badge, competitive training discounts, access to Alliance Program exclusive workshops and webinars, plus additional resources to help Bronze partners in their work.

Available to independent consultants who have been certified by The Myers-Briggs Company in at least one of its instruments and have made purchases of between $4,000 and $9,999 in the previous or current calendar year. Alliance Program Silver partners receive all of the benefits received by Bronze partners, plus dedicated account management, additional promotional offers for The Myers-Briggs Company's resources and competitive product and training discounts to help them generate business and increase the marketability of their consultancy services that feature The Myers-Briggs Company's products.

The Alliance Program Gold tier is reserved for independent consultants who have been certified by The Myers-Briggs Company in at least one of its instruments and have made purchases of at least $10,000 in the previous or current calendar year. Gold partners receive the maximum level of benefits and resources offered within the Alliance Program including promotional offers and complimentary access of up to 2 hours to The Myers-Briggs Company's expert training faculty in each calendar year.
How do I apply?
To apply to join the Alliance Program, you will be asked to provide sufficient details of your company, including information about the number of current practitioners trained in the use of The Myers-Briggs Company's products and their qualifications. Learn more about Partner Criteria.
Alliance Program applications are reviewed by a cross-functional team within The Myers-Briggs Company. We will respond to your application within 10 business days providing a preliminary email status on your application or requesting additional information.
If your application is accepted, you will receive an email invitation asking you to accept the The Myers-Briggs Company Alliance Program Terms and Conditions. Once we have received your acceptance, you will receive a welcome email confirming your Alliance Program partner status and benefits.
What are the benefits?
Your business development resources and marketing benefits will depend on your Alliance Program partner tier. All Alliance Program partners receive special training discounts and unrestricted use of their respective Alliance Program endorsement badge. Alliance Program Gold and Silver partners receive additional benefits including dedicated account management, access to promotional offers and Alliance Program Gold partners attend an annual business planning meeting. The Alliance Program offers discounts at all partner levels.

How is my Alliance Program partner status renewed, changed or upgraded?
We will review your Alliance Program partner status at the close of each calendar year.
- If you have met the commitment for partners at your current tier of the Alliance Program and remain otherwise in good standing, your partner status will be renewed in the next calendar year.
- If you have exceeded the commitment for partners at your current tier of the Alliance Program and attained a higher level, we will confirm your new partner status and benefits for the next calendar year via email.
- If you have not met the commitment for partners at your current tier of the Alliance Program, but attained a sufficient level to remain in the Alliance Program at a lower tier in the next calendar year, we will confirm your new partner status and benefits via email.
- If you have not met the minimum commitment for partners in the Bronze tier, your partner status will be cancelled for the next calendar year.
If you become eligible to upgrade to a new tier, and its associated benefits, during the current calendar year, this upgrade will only become effective as and when you receive advice from The Myers-Briggs Company and will be valid for the balance of the calendar year.

Can The Myers-Briggs Company cancel my Alliance Program partner status?
Your company will be at risk of losing its partner status if it stops meeting one or more of its program commitments or your company is in breach of ethical guidelines or other contractual requirements. If your partner status is cancelled, your company can no longer use the Alliance Program partner endorsement badge and your access to the partners-only resource page will be terminated. In addition, The Myers-Briggs Company may cancel the Program on 30 days' notice.
