The following are the Terms and Conditions for The Myers-Briggs Company Alliance Program, as offered by The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd. As an Alliance Program partner, you agree to be bound and abide by the Alliance Program Terms and Conditions for the duration of your involvement in the program.

Skills Maintenance

All practitioners in your company will maintain their ethical and professional use of any of The Myers-Briggs Company's instrument(s) and associated resources.
Ethics

All practitioners in your company will practise and promote the ethical use of The Myers-Briggs Company's products and champion the use of legitimate versions of The Myers-Briggs Company's instruments and products at all times.
Trademark Guidelines

Your company will adhere to the The Myers-Briggs Company Trademark Guidelines if we license the use of The Myers-Briggs Company's trademarks for use on your website, in your promotional materials and in any other resources.
Business Development and Growth Activities

Your company will undertake the following activities as appropriate to your Alliance Program level:

for all Alliance Program partners: Your company will maintain a website that actively promotes The Myers-Briggs Company's psychometric instruments and related products. The Myers-Briggs Company shall have the right to review and approve any reference to The Myers-Briggs Company's instruments and related products.

for Alliance Program Gold partners only: Your company will attend an annual business planning meeting with your Key Account Manager from The Myers-Briggs Company.

Changes to The Myers-Briggs Company Alliance Program Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion as follows:

if we consider that the change is likely to benefit you or have a neutral or minor detrimental impact on you, we may make any changes immediately without notifying you except by publishing the amended Terms and Conditions for The Myers-Briggs Company Alliance Program on our website;

if we consider that the change is likely to have a significant detrimental impact on you, we will make the change after we have notified you of the change (by using the email address you have provided) and will display a notice on our website describing the change.

Termination

Termination of your participation in the Alliance Program may occur under the following conditions:

We may terminate the Alliance Program at any time by providing you 30 days' prior notice at the email address you have provided.

We may terminate your participation in this Alliance Program if you have past due amounts owed to The Myers-Briggs Company.

We may terminate your participation if you are in violation of the terms of this Program or any other contractual arrangement with The Myers-Briggs Company.

Complementary Terms and Conditions

The Myers-Briggs Company Alliance Program Terms and Conditions do not replace either The Myers-Briggs Company Terms and Conditions of Sale or The Myers-Briggs Company Website Terms and Conditions, but are intended to complement same and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by all non-conflicting provisions contained in The Myers-Briggs Company Terms and Conditions of Sale and the The Myers-Briggs Company Website Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited, to those documents' limitations of liability, warranty waivers and choice of law provisions.
