The Strong Profile and Strong & MBTI® Career Report empowers you to provide your clients with a complete career development picture based on a combined interpretation of their interests and personality.

It integrates your client's General Occupational Themes, Basic Interest Scales, Occupational Scales and Personal Style Scales from the Strong Interest Inventory® instrument with their MBTI® results to offer career direction and identify relevant occupations, with an emphasis on those suggested by both instruments.

The report leverages the latest research on both instruments and combines the results of more than 68,000 individuals who have taken the Strong assessment with the results for more than 92,000 individuals who have completed the MBTI® assessment.

The highly intuitive report includes 4 pages of individualised, interactive content for all clients starting a career, considering a career change, looking for career enrichment or seeking work-life-balance.

The Strong & MBTI® Career Report is available as a stand-alone report and in a bundle with a Strong Profile.

The MBTI® Form M Career Report can be generated based on reported, as well as verified type.

To generate a combined report, you must have purchased an MBTI administration (if your client's four-letter type is not known). To obtain the report through Elevate, your client takes the Strong online and either takes the MBTI instrument online or has you manually enter his or her reported and/or verified four-letter type.
