If you're looking for ways to help others improve their professional interactions, start by addressing a skill set that is crucial for professional success: giving and receiving feedback. This activity is designed to draw on MBTI® type knowledge to enhance the feedback exchange. Participants work in groups of three and address real-world situations that require them to give feedback, either at work or in their personal life. Participants emerge with increased awareness as well as a strategy for preparing effective feedback.

Objective: to help participants understand the role of type in giving and receiving feedback and to learn a method for feedback preparation.
