Why the EQ-i 2.0® Instrument?

The EQ-i 2.0® Experience

The EQ-i 2.0® Certification Program is a blended learning solution that enables participants to do parts of the program online, together with a 2-day interactive in-class component.

Through completing the EQ-i 2.0® Certification Program with an expert facilitator at The Myers-Briggs Company, you will:

  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the instrument through first hand experience
  • Learn and practice highly effective feedback approaches using the instrument
  • Learn how to apply the instrument in organisational and individual development initiatives
  • Gain a certificate of qualification to purchase and use the EQ-i 2.0®instrument
