How to get qualified in ebilities® MAS:

 

To administer the ebilities® MAS tests, you need to undertake training in psychometric test interpretation and measurement or demonstrate previous qualifications in this area. This ensures that the instruments are used for the purpose for which they were designed and that they are being administered and interpreted correctly and ethically.

You can qualify to use the ebilities® MAS tests by completing the MBTI® Certification Program, 16PF® Certification Program, CPI 260® Certification Program, or EQ-i 2.0® Certification Program. Participants undertaking either the CPI 260® or 16PF® Certification Programs will have opportunities to undertake and experience how to use the ebilities® MAS assessments in recruitment and selection activities.

 

Public MBTI®, 16PF®, CPI 260®, and EQ-i 2.0® Certification Programs are available virtually and in locations across the Asia Pacific region.
