Please note the virtual program is delivered in two non-consecutive days in Melbourne, Australian Eastern Time (AET). Each day of the program will commence at 8.45am and conclude at 5.00pm in the respective time zone.

Building on the 55 plus year history of the California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™) instrument, the CPI 260® instrument provides valuable insight on more than 20 scales which include:

The CPI 260® instrument provides a complex personality assessment that can help address a wide range of individual and organisational challenges and develop effective organisational leaders.

The 2-day CPI™ Certification Program teaches you how to professionally and ethically administer the CPI 260® instrument and interpret the results.

The interactive virtual workshop covers instrument design, scoring and interpretation, with a focus on the key applications of individual and leadership development, including:

• Leadership and coaching
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Interpersonal effectiveness
• Motivation and drive
• Need for structure and administrative style
• Self-awareness and adaptability
• Recruitment selection and retention
